A lot of our information is provided by the manufacturers and as such describe outers or pack size as opposed to the retail unit of 1.

We correct these as and when we find them , but with such a large range of products,  I`m sure you appreciate it is not possible to extract every one prior to publication.

As our payments are processed via a secure third party at the time you place your order, please note that our contract with you is not binding until we confirm receipt and dispatch the items to your address.

Any out of stock items, at this time, will be refunded onto your card or  Paypal account, or if the item is due in to us very soon, we reserve the right to dispatch your complete order at a later date. This could be up to 14 days from the order being received. If the order is likely to take longer than the 14 days to complete, we will email you requesting your instructions.

System or Technical errors

Furrypeeps try to provide data about products, and product packaging to the best of our ability. We provide product pictures and full descriptions as available. We can not be held liable for system malfunctions or incorrect packaging information. Selling price may reflect single item, when in fact the product is packed as a set of more than one. This information is provided to us by the manufacturer of the product. If an error occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to try and fix the problem.

Due to the dynamic driven content of the web site, posting errors can be made from time to time directly from the database. Furrypeeps can not be held liable for postings made by malfunction or system error.

If for some reason, you do not receive the product as stated, contact us immediately.

Payments

Furrypeeps accept different options for payment. Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal or Google Checkout. You will be presented with these options when you check out. 

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Furrypeeps, and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
